Supreme Distributors Inc. is a subsidiary of a family owned business group that has its origins
in Trinidad and was founded by M.I. Juman in 1952.
M.I. Juman, the patriarch of the family began as a tailor with only one sewing machine,
producing school wear and peddling his products to the rural areas of Trinidad.
The business subsequently blossomed into what is still known as Mico Garment Factory Ltd. in
Trinidad which manufactures shirts under licence from Philips Van Heusen USA.
With a vision to succeed, M.I. Juman, along with his two sons Ansar and Fazal, expanded into
Barbados to establish a second garment factory. Two of his other sons, Aphzal and Shareef remained to manage the
Trinidad operations.
Continued growth saw further expansion into many divisions, one of them being Supreme Distributors Inc.
The Supreme Distributors division founded in 1998 was initiated and spearheaded by Ansar Juman
who is now the Chairman and Managing Director.
Following on in 2010, a poultry processing plant commenced operations and this was initiated
and spearheaded by Fazal Juman Sr, its current Managing Director.
Supreme Distributors Inc. originally started with a 5,000 square feet warehouse and one
delivery truck. The facility has since been expanded to over 45,000 square feet of warehouse space including facilities
for chillers and freezers and upgraded to 10 operating vehicles.
Supreme's range of products originated with Baby Diapers but has increased to a diverse range
to include Food and Beverage, Chilled and Frozen, Confectionery, Snacks and General Household Merchandise.
The company now represent some of the largest international brands from around the globe. These
brands include Herr Foods (USA), Goya Foods (USA), Savencia Group (Elle & Vire Dairy France), in addition to
managing its own private labels.

fill the needs of today's consumers.
